Health and Wellness

Self care is so important. I’m currently on a journey of self love & improvement. A big part of that is taking care of my body from the inside out. I have linked some of my favorite things I have been using currently to help become a better version of myself and honor my body by keeping it strong and healthy.

Some Things I’m Doing:

  • Getting More Steps in: I’ve been using this Pedometer to track and try and get 10,000 steps everyday.

  • Drinking More Water: I usually intuitively drink my water because I believe that our body knows when it’s thirsty but now that it’s warming up I am purposly increasing my intake to hydrate. I’ve been trying to drink my full hydrojug twice (80 ounces) and then other sources like coconut water which I love in the summer.
  • Doing More Strength Training: I usually do yoga or pilates but I an now starting to go to the gym again. If I don’t get to the gym I am incorporating resistance and strength training at home with these resistance bands or using ankle weights.
